Tomas "Tommy" Rivera serves as a Program Manager at Senspex, Inc., where his responsibilities encompass the oversight of multiple project deliveries. This includes tasks such as estimating project costs, procuring materials and contracts, providing technical support across all project phases (including scheduling, design, engineering specifications, cost monitoring, and projected project expenses).
In his role, he collaborates closely with both internal and external clients to grasp contract requirements, report project progress, communicate potential risks and issues, devise solutions to mitigate or contain risks, manage constraints and conflicts, ensure the punctual completion of projects, and uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction. Tommy's extensive background of more than 15 years in customer service and government contracting equips him to efficiently and effectively meet the needs of both customers and the company.
Tommy earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico, along with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration from CNM.
